The StarQuest is TBI, though some have gone MPI with a setup from OZ that was used on the Magna. Lots of SQ people have done it and Lizzord and Srpoly have done it with their Raiders. I think in both cases they went with the standard turbo swap first and the upgraded. Somebody, Lizzord I think, posted on what he thought were the merits of simply going MPI on the N/A engine thus foregoing the carb. So as far as anybody having an extra setup here, I'd doubt it. You may find someone on StarQuestClub.com...

I have two nearly complete starquest intake manifold and TB/computer/harness setups. The head is exactly the same as a monty, if stock. One way that I know a guy could make a pretty decent FI setup for a raider is to use two matching injectors in the quest setup, and run it with a megasquirt DIY computer. They can be set to fire two injectors alternately. It would be pretty cheap to set the whole thing up. You could also run the stock quest computer and harness- Lizzord did that for a while, but I think the fuel parameters are a bit off for good performance without boost. Otherwise, there was only one car that came with MPFI that bolts up to our heads. That was the Magna, and it was only sold in Oz. It was FWD, so mods have to be made to it to work with our RWD setup. They are getting harder to get and are running big bucks to get one to the states. I paid $230 for mine and had to then do the mods. The already modded ones are running 4-600$. There are quest guys constantly seeking the MPFI on the cheap, and a few have come up with some innovative solutions. One guy did a mazda mx6 manifold and addapted it, a couple of hacked up homemade caravan intakes modded to accept the injectors, I took some pics of a Mazda 2.6 4x4 p/u manifold, and it matches perfect on the ports, but they are oval, so an adapter flange would need to be built. The bolt holes didn't line up at all, but that would be the easy part.
Just gotta pick something and run with it... I learned to weld aluminum out of the deal

Here you go Gord. It's all hypothetical, but I'm trying to collect the parts right now. Not too many of these things in the yards around here .

srpoly,
Hmm an adaptor is easy enough. I just have to get a Mazda 2.6 for a hairy eyeball.
Nathan,
This is just a start of an idea, I think that I can build a DIY kit for a MPFI 2.6

I still like the idea of using a carb mani flange and some close fitting tubes and plenum and TB from a port efi car. You'd still have to fab fuel rail and stuff (if the donor won't fit) and injector bosses, but this is much simpler than welding up a whole intake, especially with the water necks incorporated in the manifold - using the carb flange saves all of that.
Getting other injectors to fit the Starion TB may be a little tough - I understand that they are a unique size.
