The manual doesn't mention torque setting for these , so I have no idea how much to torque them. I have an oil leak that originates up high, perhaps from the valve cover, or the little half-moon thingees at the ends. I just put in new Felpro gasket (rubber piece that fits into a groove in the cover) and new half-moon thingees. I also put a little RTV in the thingees, since it looked like oil was oozing from there. Any one have an opinion on how much to torque the 4 nuts ?

Turn em down just until the rubbers start to bulge slightly...that should be enough. If you over torque them you run the chance of compromising their ability to seal as well as rocker arm interference.
