I crawled under mine and measured the spring length front and back, then crawled under someone else's stock setup and measured their's. Body lift, just measure the puck height.

I usually do from the front fewnders and rear fenders. thats where you get the clearnace for bigger tires.

That's where my body lift bit me in the a$$. Plenty of room in the fenders for 35's, but they'll rub the front stabalizer/ anti-sway bar when turning. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> Duh-op.

also you may do it from measuring the bottom of the fender to the top of the rim lip
