Body Damage is Cool
Are there any major differences between the 2000 and 2001 Troopers that should stop me from getting a 2001 Factory Service Manual for my 2000 ?

Reason being is that Helm has the FSM and Electrical manuals available for 2000 for a total of $200, but they have both manuals on 1 CD for the 2001 for only $100. No CD for 2000. I'd like to be able to save $100 if the 2001 manual would cover a 2000 well enough.

Any thoughts from someone familiar with the two ?

I believe I had a 2000 manual for my 2001. I'm, not aware of any differences.

Roll Me Over
There were a few differences between 99 and 00 (drive-by-wire throttle control, climate control, grade logic tranny control), but I can't think of any from 00 to 01...don't take that as gospel though.

In any case, differences will not be major, they weren't investing a lot in updating the Trooper that late in it's life cycle.
