Ok Joe, What makes you think it's vapor locking? A little more info please! The fuel pressure is supposed to be at 38 - 41 psi, you'll need a fuel pressure gauge.
Give us some more detail Joe and we'll help you out!

Good Luck!

Two things cause the fuel pump to operate. One is the STA contact in ignition switch and ECU (for starting) then once running the AFM "FP" contact closes to run the pump. Difficulty starting is often due to the STA signal not pulling in the circuit opening (CO) relay. My '85 has had this problem for a few years, I just run with the fuel pump test jumper installed.

Simple thing to try, if it helps, that is your problem, if not, its something else.

Check it on the rail and see if you get that reading.

Fuel pressure regulator perhaps?

Fuel pressure good same there. It seems to be running wes today I found a radiator leak and fixed refilled with fluid that may have caused the intake to over heat enough to vapor lock. But I have a very low idle now is there away to adjust that?

Make sure that you have no air pockets! To adjust the idle, jump the "TE" & "E1" w/a paperclip and there's a large screw on the T-body, turn her up!
