Can anybody post some pics of 15x8 wheels with 3.75" backspacing. I'd to see what they look like, so I can make a decision about buying wheels.
Thanks alot,
Matt

I think Art is running that size wheel w/ 35x12.50 tires on his Xtra cab:

I had some of those on mine with no lift and 31x10.5's and had trouble with rubbing. However, they looked sweet.

Why would they rub? I have 31 X 10.5 on my stock 15X6 steel wheels with no rubbing whatsoever. Is it the 8" rims that make them rub? Stock backspacing is 3.75, right?

No, stock backspacing is about 4.75" on the IFS wheels. So 3.75" pushes them out 1" farther from the frame and going from 6" to 8" wide pushes 2" more to the outside, so the outer edge of the wheel is 3" farther out than it was w/ a stock 15x6 wheel. That 3" of width swings a much wider arc up front when turning the wheels, makes rubbing more likely.

Sent you an e-mail with some pics. I do not have a web site so I am not sure how to post pics in a thread.
