Getting the Wheeling Fever

Well, I checked around with the screwdriver "stethoscope" some more. When I put the screwdriver on the front left valve cover nut, I hear quite a knock. It seems like it knocks once per engine revolution. That stud is very close to the head bolt near #1.

Is this the first indication that #1 rod bearing is going?
