Hi Phil, I'm sorry for not being clear, (my language is spanish) <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />, I guess A/T is the type, and no, I did not change nothing about my driving habits. The fuel system was checked, flushed and cleaned at the same time as the OS(oxigen sensor) was changed, the guy told me he changed the "o" rings of the injectors.

Hard to believe a 91 Monero with 33s and automatic could get 21-23 mpg in 50:50 city/highway mileage. I would expect 15-16 to be normal for this vehicle. Maybe you used to drive downhill both ways before <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.

Yeah, I don't see 23 mpg physically possible at all.

My '89 is in good shape and gets closer to 14-16 mpg with 149k miles, 2-3" lift and 32's. I used to think it got better mileage because supposedly all 4-doors had a 24.X gallon tank. Not true. Mine has a 19.5 gallon tank. Once I did the math for the smaller tank, I was disappointed! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/baby.gif" alt="" />
