The fuel system was checked, flushed and cleaned at the same time as the OS(oxigen sensor) was changed, the guy told me he changed the "o" rings of the injectors. I would expect 15-16 to be normal for this vehicle. My '89 is in good shape and gets closer to 14-16 mpg with 149k miles, 2-3" lift and 32's. I used to think it got better mileage because supposedly all 4-doors had a 24.X gallon tank. Not true. Mine has a 19.5 gallon tank.
