Can anyone tell me if I can replace a g52 trans. with a g58 the g52 is in a 86 pickup with carb , The g58 is from a 91 4runner with EFI ?????

It'll bolt up to the engine ok but you'll run into issues with the t-case. The G58 uses the oddball 26-spline, chain-drive t-case that won't work with any other tranny.

I also have the t.case for the g58 ?? If I change both will it fit no problem in the 86 pickup

Dunno exactly. I'm guessing it will go in fairly easy but I've never even seen the case in question much less messed with one.
