Body Damage is Cool
I got a miss in #4 cyl. It runs fine till I get it warm, and shut it down. When I start it back up it has a miss.

Swaped plugs between cyl, no change
put in my spare plug wire, no change

Any idea what to look at next?

How's the cap? possibly bad distributor? so I am assuming no spark on that cylinder at all after it gets warm?
Have you done a compression test on the cylinder in question?

Does the idle eventually smooth out?

Check the fuel pressure up vacuum switching valve (FPU VSV) mounted below the intake manifold. It has both an electrical connection and two vacuum connections. If any of these connections failed, you'll have a rough idle on a warm start up.
