Does anyone know if any company makes an aftermarket catback for a 96 4x4 regular cab tacoma? I'm having a hard time finding one....I found a Dynomax muffler back system.

I'm have a Jardine system on my 2.7. sounds a little ricey. Borla, Magnaflow, Gibson, Downey, LC engineering. If others don't have a cat back kit, you can always buy their muffler and have a shop custom install. It all depends if you want ca smog legal or sound. And of course price range. What I've read, most are running magnaflow or flow master. TRD doesn't make for 4 cylinder.

I had magnaflow on my car and loved the sound. I definately don't want anything ricey or really loud. I wouldn't mind a little grumble from my truck though.

Damn the Jardine sounds ricey on the 2.7 bahhhh i also have a 2.7 and want something less restrictive but not LOUD. I absolutely hate the ricer sound. Gibson makes a damn near direct bolt in muffler, part number-788600

It did'nt sound ricey until I put the free flow cat on.
With the Lc header, stock cat, jardine it sounded pretty good.

Ive also been doing lots of research on what type of exhuast to get. I belive I will be choosing the flowmaster 50 series. My brother has one on his chevy s-10 extreme. It sound very deep and not at all ricey. Should have it before christmas....
