It seems that no one makes gauge pods for the Sportage.

I found a place that will make custom pods in groups of 30 or more.

http://www.gaugepods.com/custom.html

Do we have an enough interest in this?

I was slightly leaning toward a 2 gauge pod but I am open.

What gauges do you want to add?

Water Temp, oil pressure definately. but but haven't decided between voltmeter or tire pressures for the 3rd spot. Or maybe I should stack 2 twin pods, and install all 4.

My '99 already has water temp so I won't add that. I was also planning on oil pressure and volts. Does sombody make a 2 1/16" gauge for tire pressure?

Body Damage is Cool
A couple of questions:
How much would the A-pillar pod cost?

How much would the gauges cost (decent gauges)?

How does the tire guage meter work? I'm very interested in that.

Digital tire presure gauge. Cost is $400 US. Also does Temp reading for all four tires. You can even add 2 more sensors to the system to monitor trailer tires.

I know Axe is just waiting for me to jump on this. But I'm not. At first, I wanted the A-pillar pods. Was just going to get the honduh ones from the autoparts store and mod them to fit. There's a how to on the procedure on streetkiaz. However, I'm going to eventually get glass mounted pod cups. Saw a sorento on a web page that i couldn't read once and thought it was the coolest thing.

Ya think? <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" />

Actually, I kicked around installing a pod in the Sportage. But I may go for a pod in the Civic. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />
