Just a reminder as the weather gets colder to check your exhaust for leaks!!! I've been driving the truck and riding the motorcycle less the last few weeks, and with that the windows have been rolled up more than in the summer. I just got a new exhaust, including the catalytic converter and everything back this last weekend, after starting to smell exhaust in the cab. Beyond that, I'd been feeling a little tired at work.

CO poisoning is no joke!

I believe by the time the exhaust leak was big enough to really notice the smell, I'd probably already been getting some exposure. When the exhaust was pulled, turns out the cat had been hollowed out or just plain broken up and passed thru. Be aware that a lack of cat also increases your CO emissions, so if you're not running a cat, be extra cautious of this.

Here's a link to common symptons:

Don't mean to sound like I'm preaching, but after feeling like crap (like only 90% or so some mornings at work, tired, etc.) I am now quite serious about this... exhaust is one thing I'll spend $$ to get right.

Thanks for letting me rant... didn't want to hijack the other exhaust posts...
