Is there an easy way to clean up the oxidation? on aluminum wheels? I'm trying to decide which to keep between 2 sets of wheels. Thanks.

Below are some pics of what I did. I bead blasted them and then painted them with the Hammered Rustoleum. Came out very nice. I tried the method mentioned above first but it was very time consuming. Wheels ![[Linked Image]](http://www.yankeetoys.org/87turbo/Images/MVC-016S.JPG)

Go to a boat dealer and buy the stuff they use to clean the pontoons on a pontoon boat. It`s an acid mix that removes aluminum oxidization. It won`t help you if the factory clearcoat is not completely removed first though. Toughguy <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/coolg.gif" alt="" />
Roads? Where I`m going, I don`t need roads!

Speedy metal polish with some 0000 or 000 steel wool Mine wre cover with overspray on oxidation, the steel wool works as a nice abrasive without excess scratching
