Getting the Wheeling Fever

Ok, so the heads are machined, the gaskets are in and I am about to put things back together. On the passenger side head there is a clutch hose bracket (or brake) that bolts on to the rear of the head with two 14mm bolts. I had to remove the head to get the back one out and now that I am putting it back together I cannot figure out how it is supposed to fit. The diagrams I have do not show this part.

Can anyone shed some insight here?
