Well, Smiley, first off, the punctuation on your Essay was excelent, the liberal use of new paragraphs was superb. And your spelling was dead nuts on!!!!! Ok, seriously, glad that no one was hurt, and that no one ran into the back of you, so far, the damage is all stuff you can un-bolt and bolt on (well, with the exception of the dent in the hood.). But as a side note, you really did do the right thing going to the police, (So, how IS Andy and Barney doing these days???? ) Ok, seriously, I was involved in a similar situation years ago and I did the same thing, if nothing other than cya , you can sleep with a clean conscience. Have a happy, Dave

Body Damage is Cool
Sorry to hear about the damage. I think you need to start writing books to get your words out, then you can make smaller posts j/k

Howdy Dave-O û Long time; no see!

Many thanks for the critique! --- IÆm glad to hear that it passed Joyzee mustard.

BTW, Andy and Barney are doing quite wellà and thanks to all of those State sanctioned video poker machines, they donÆt even have to share a squad car anymore! û Heck, weÆve even got some traffic lights and everything now, just like the big city!

And YES, Joe, your welds did hold û As far as I could tell, those extensions on my brush guard (to accommodate the body lift) didnÆt budge a bit!

I've always hoped that your town could afford to give Andy and BArney a squad car with a WINDSHIELD!!!! (In case you never noticed, Desilu used to film some shows with the windshields removed form the cars, not all the time mind you, but it does happen.)(Boy, having to explain it really does take the fun out of the joke.) Take care, Dave
