 ARB Bull Bar on 04 Tacoma Question

I did a search - but not too indepth - anyway my buddy has an 04 Tacoma and wants to get the ARB Bullbar for it but said he read/heard he might have to cut/modify the endcaps or framerails or something to install it on his Tacoma. Is this true (I thought it was just on 4Runner) - or is the ARB Bullbar for the '04 Tacoma 100% Bolt on.

100% bolt on... Unless you are going to do any winching. Then you should modify the endcaps appropriately. bkg
