Where do you guys position the floor jack for the front of the Tacoma? The user's manual showed the spot, but I need to save them for the floor stands. How is about for the rear?

I used a floor jack in the center of the front cross member for the front and did one side at a time. Then I jacked the rear of the truck and positioned the stands on the frame so the axle can be dropped down to install the blocks. Do one side of the rear axle at a time as well to keep from having to fight the axle back into position.
