ok i have a bad u joint and my transfercase flange and my pinion flange are a little loose. torque to transfer case nut is 90 and does anyone know how to tighten up the rear pinion (Stock 3rd). all the vibration goes away when the rear driveshaft is pulled

You can usually tighten the pinion the same as the t-case. Unstake the nut, tighten to take up any slack. I use a torque wrench set to click at 90 ft.lbs. on mine. You don't want to go too tight or you can cause the crush sleeve to crush some more. If that does not help, then you likely have a worn pinion bearing.

ALRIGHT I did my u-joints and torque my transfer case and then guess what i noticed. I must have been really drunk when i put my tranny. i was 90 degrees off. my driveshaft wasnt even close to phasing. i fixed it and now it feels like im driving a cadillac!! just thought i should tell you guys what was wrong since no one else has a final writeup of what was wrong.

I was going to suggest you check the drive shaft phase then read the rest of the thread and wahlah there you go.
