Does anyone know where I can find tire tread patterens that are face on? I'd really like to find something like Super Swamper SSRs, BFG Krawlers, or maybe even Goodyear MT/Rs.
TIA

How 'bout a black and white (not gray scale) jpg or gif pattern of what the tire would put down for tracks?

Search around the 4x sites and you will find lots of stories. soft sidewalls, serious tread chunking, and I remember seeing a crazy bulging sidewall after (IIRC) a guy hit a curb/parking block at speed.
anyway, google tyres internation's website, they have pics of all the tires they carry. most verdor sites do that, but they also have lots of measurements as well.

If you can fit 35's or larger this is the best mud tire out there. http://www.maxxis.com/products/automotive/product_detail.asp?id=64We were in some deep off camber mud and all Linda (Driver) could compare them to was chains. Some of the other Maxxis team members were out in the mud compairing them to rigs with MTRS and SSR's and the Maxxis were hands down the best in the mud. Todd
