What Rob failed to mention is that Daniel made this whole thing so easy for us (well, Rob at least, I was just labor).
Not only did he have all the parts waiting and the fridge stocked with drinks, but he had his buddy Ray who is a heck of a nice guy there to do all our welding and then Daniel did all the grinding. Daniel also borrowed an iron worker from one of his other buddies so knocking out all the plate work was a piece of cake.. made me drool to watch it just sheer 1/4" plate and punch 1/2" holes.
Anyway, my advice to anyone else that wants to do this, find friends like Daniel's and it's a smooth process!

Jessica in my book you are far from just labor.hehe Man if you guys would have seen the stuff that I saw this past weekend you would have been as jaw dropped as I. Those two should have thier own show on tv or something. Man they work so well togeather.
I am going to take the body back off for the last time tonight. I was able to talk my metal shop hook up into letting me keep the IRON worker alittle while longer. I think it would make short work out of all those little gussets and things I need to cut to beef all of it up. So Ray and myself will be out there this weekend welding it all up nice and tight.
I still have to take some pictures but I need some AA batteries for my kodak. (note to self find a freind that sells batteries)
Later, Daniel

note to self find a freind that sells batteries Yes, PLEASE! --- I've been checking-in here - over-and-over again - in the hope of seeing tons of new photos of what-all has been done so far. (Wal-Mart has Energizer 8-packs for like $4.86)

Well it has taken a lot of work but the trooper now sits on 4 wheels again... Ok maybe not what you were hopeing to see.hehe Here the trooper is with the real meats under it about where they should sit when all is said and done. This is how the trooper sits as of now. Sitting like that will make it alot easier to make all the final welds and beef everything up. It will also let me finish my croosmember. Here are some of the tools that allowed us to fab everything up this past weekend. ![[Linked Image]](http://pics.montypics.com/trooper4life/2005-08-04/1123198900_picture_020.jpg) Thanks again goes out to Rob, Jessica, Ray, Paul and Matt for all the help this past weekend. Later, Daniel
