After sitting in the garage for a yr, I finally got it installled.
I got the dual case version of it but don't have one yet. Yes, I used the spacer. What interesting is that it cover the whole thing so I don't think I need the other piece yet untill I actually have dual case.

Ordered mine today www.Budbuilt.com they were out of the crossmember tha fits the 79-83 but should have one for me by friday.
I talked to him on the phone for like 20 mins at least about stuff in general.

Bud makes some great crossmembers. I've been banging and scraping mine for 1.5 years now and it's still in good shape.

I have 4:1 low now and it slow things down some. I just need to get the adapter. the 2nd t-case is sitting in my garage....
