Getting the Wheeling Fever
I've had my Taco about 1.5 years now and have never been stuck off-road, I'm usually the one pulling other people out, always so proud to help. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" />

I get a call from a friend today stuck up in some hills, so I rush to the rescue. He was stuck up top a hill that I have climbed dozens of times in rain, snow, sun, mud and never had a problem with, even though it is a steep hill.

It's been raining straight for the last few days, so I was really excited about getting up there and turning my red truck brown... Well, I didn't make it 40 feet up the hill, which is about 150 feet in length. I was so embarrased. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Not sure how many of you are familiar with Indiana clay, but when mixed just right with water it's a real b*tch!

I see this post is absolutely pointless, I just wanted to vent my aggravation... If you've read this far, well thanks for listening! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Is it time for some new tires? Maybe they're more worn since you were last up there in the rain.
(Hey, that's what I'd tell my wife)(LOL)

Is that before or after she tells you "Thats OK honey, a lot of guys have trouble getting up <cough> that hill?" <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

Actually, I think blaming it on the tires is a good idea...
