Just to have handy in case you need it or because you plan on needing one where you wheel? What kind of vehicle do you have? Do you plan on installing it yourself? Have you ever used any winch before? Toughguy
Roads? Where I`m going, I don`t need roads!

I have the mile marker, it is ok. slow, but will get you out. if you are going to do comp, or any thing like that get a better and faster one for twice the money.

Warn/Tabor magnum 9000lb winch best price on it so far: $519.99 free shipping with free tow strap. 4wheelonline.comThe winches are actually made with all warn parts so they are quality winches.

Thanks Shad. I looked at the T-Maxx and Mile Marker E winches but they are both made in China. The Warn Tabor says it is made in the USA.

If you want excitement, go with the green-eyed redheaded wench.
Their eyes flash passionate and hateful.... they will claw your eyes out when angry then claw your back when you overpower them.....forgive you instantly afterwards.
....But if you need reliability and dependability...then go with the more subdued brown-eyed brunette wench. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
