Body Damage is Cool
Hey thanks guy's. It weighs 93lbs Theres six 1/2" grade 8 bolts, and two stock smaller size bolts. On the sides I drilled out the two outer factory bolt holes, and welded in a nut on the in side of the frame. so I now have two 1/2" standard bolts on the sides . I'm going to have to get a big drop down hitch, if i'm ever going to tow anything. Thanks for all the comments .

And kevin, We can probably do something with that bumper you have, last time we didn't have much time. I'm sure we can make it alittle less you now.

I am gonna see if I can manage to cut the bull bar part off and get the c-channel section mounted where I want it first off and then work from there. I will let you know though

Hello to the Trooper gang. I am not an Isuzu but Mitsubishi owner and while surfing through your section I came across this post and I have to say that this is one of the best rear bumper designs and finest work I have ever seen. The bumper follows the contour of the Trooper perfectly and at the same time offers great protection to the panel corners. It doesn't sacrifice the vehicle depart angle and your meticulous attention to support the bumper securely beats 100 to 1 some big bumper manufacturers. [color:"red"] GREAT JOB [/color]

That seriously looks better than most of the store bought aftermarket bumper designs I've seen, regardless of what vehicle they were intended for. That is a very nice design, and from what I can see the finished product looks exceptional.
