Thank you

It's an Isuzu 12 bolt. The bolts to count are the ring gear bolts. The 10-bolt front has 12 outer diff bolts as well I think.

If it has disc brakes, its an Isuzu 12 bolt (no relation to the GM axle). If it has drum brakes, its an Isuzu 10 bolt.

Nope. 1st gen Amigos and all Troopers were built in Japan and use Isuzu axles f/r. 2nd gen Amigos and all Rodeos were built in America and use either Dana or GM rear axles.

I'll check when I get home, but I think for '94, the 10 bolt rear was dropped entirely. I know for sure in '94 all motors were 2.6, and I think all axles were the 12 bolts.

Any one wanting to know what axle they have, what lockers they can get or what gear ratios they can get should check there.

If all motors were 2.6's in '94, then you are probably correct about them dropping the rear 10 bolt. My '93 2wd 2.3 Amigo had a rear 10 bolt... but it seems like they changed a lot of little things for the '94 model year.
