i got a 1994 jeep with a 2.5 was driving down road and started to act like running out of gas did a hillbilly way of checking for fuel stuck knife in port on fuel rail fuel there "sprayed out" then got to checking tps sounds like it humming or clicking with the key on.
yes the gas tank is full fill yesterday
bad tps or ???? any clues <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/patriot.gif" alt="" />

the TPS is humming? Do you mean IAC? If a TPS makes noise it is bad.
Did you check for engine codes?

just making a lite humming nosie you can here it standing on the ground then you take hose off louder

what is a IAC

The hose on the TPS??? WHA?? There is no TPS hose.


IAC motor, it is what does the idle...

i said that wrong i meant the air i meant the air breather hose
but heres whats not right went back about 1 hour later started right up
