I just saw another thread in here about towing, and it reminded me about something. Recently, I have been looking at renting a big tandem axle trailer to move some light, but big stuff and was browsing the net for availability.
I know that 2000 Trooper can handle 5000lb, but most of the sites do not use this as a rating for required vehicle. Instead they say 1/2ton, 3/4ton and so on.
Could someone tell me what category Trooper belongs to?

The Trooper is not considered a 1/2-ton vehicle, it would be less than this category IMHO. 1/2-ton would be a Ford F150 or similar *fullsize* truck.
