Once again it is time to start planning for the Annual Bash in June. This year we will run in the opposite direction Tahoma to Loon Lake (Nocibur.)
Dates: Fri & Sat June 10 - 11, 2005
Meeting Place: Observation Point Top of Cadillac Hill
Time: 10:00 a.m. Fri Morning
Either Thurs or early Fri morning you will need to get yourself to the top of Cadillac Hill. As of now I'm planning to stay in South Shore and come in early Fri morning.
Probably camp Fri night at Buck Island. Sat morning we'll head toward the Little Sluice. Should be time for those who want to play in The Box. Plan to hang around The Box until early afternoon so we don't clog up incoming Sat morning traffic as we go down Walker Hill.
Don't forget the Deet. Bugs are typically bad this time of the year.
There is no registration fee.

This is Dirty Harry's write up on last year's bash:
Bash 2004 We need help from Mother Nature, the snow melt is late this year. The weekend after (Jun 17) is the TLCA Rubithon, followed by the 1st FOTR work weekend and Kids On The Rocks (on the Niagara Rim trail), followed by July 4th weekend.... and on and on. If the trail is too wet we may have to reschedule later or even possibly cancel. We will make that decision when the time comes. Let's hope for some warm weather and it won't be an issue.
