Dose Anybody know if a T-case from a 91 V-6 auto Trooper will fit on an 89 v-6 manual Trooper Any info would be gratly appreciated. I Would Like the flange style driveline mount instead of the slip yoke. will it work!!!

pretty sure I've read in another thread that you can swap over all the parts you need to convert to a fixed yoke. try the search. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

the transfer case from the auto won,t fit the manual , but the parts you need to change to the fixed yoke will, which is only the rear half of the trans case, the part with the yoke on it , just unbolt the rear half and the yoke goes with it , should be enough room to swap it with out removing it from the veh Jerry

I'll default to Jerry on this one, but I think you have to also swap the cluster gear on the end of the main shaft for this to work. Something about a difference in the number of teeth?

Yep you need to check the tooth count, there was a diff on some of these depending on the production date Jerry

none taken at all , fact is i just got back from the looking doc and one eye is better and the other is just a tad worse , hopefully a new pair of lookers will help take care Jerry
