I still get about 17-18 mpg on road trips where I'm on the smaller highways (65ish mph). It drops a little to about 15-16 if I'm doing more like 75mph. YMMV though....literally. I realize those torsion bars are a pain to work around for between-the-framerail work, but I hafta believe someone can get clever enough to make a simple design that fits. Maybe on top of the rails? I have a body lift, so there's some room to work maybe... Just thinking out loud... Sorry for being so slow on the draw here but not sure what you mean. All our crossmembers work with IFS! V6, 4 cyl, single and dual cases. And they all can be bent less than stock for a drivetrain lift, at NO additional charge too! Is that what you mean?
