what are you doing with your master cylinder? stock 1"? with rear disks, there is no way what i have will work. i want a chevy, but they are too long. the windshield wash bottle is in the way on 95-96 trucks. i guess i need to find a smaller bottle and retrofit it in, so i can put the chevy master in. i put the 1" T100 master on teh 4runner since i also put the bigger T100 calipers on the 4runner.

Stock. The 5speed has made it agreeable to leave it that way.

I've been trying to think how you could relocate it. Got room in front of your battery? Otherwise I think your plumbing will be a mile long.

in 1997 Toyota put the wash bottle in a worse spot, right in front of the passender side wheel well, perfect spot to rip it off with a fully flexed SAS T100

can you lock up the tires without any problems?

the 1997 wash bottle location sucks for SAS with my custom winch bumper. i am thinking about a small 88 4runner bottle in teh same spot as teh 1995-1996.

I've had two occasions I can remember where I needed to, and it did. The pedal was pretty close to the floor, though. So it did it without any problem, but I can't say I liked it.

You could try to find a Toy style 1-1/16" bore and see how you like it. You'll probably be happiest with a 1-1/8" though, aside from having to figure out the washer res. problem.

Not necessarily. Supposedly it was on all the ABS models, but I've seen it ones w/ and w/o ABS. I dunno what the real qualifications of having the bigger bore were.

Technically, I'd think the 1-ton would have the smaller bore to give better braking power. I saw a 1-1/16" in the JY on a 2wd T, so maybe that's a good place to start looking? It would make sense to reduce the braking power/leverage on a (somewhat lighter?) truck with smaller tires.

I know Brandon Miller found a 1-1/16" in some Toy car in the junkyard and used that. Sorry I can't be more helpful/specific though.
