Getting the Wheeling Fever
Howdy once again. The search tool is insane, I spent two hours last night looking for something so hope this is not a re-post.
My LSD seems to be hanging up when stopped at an intersection.
Go to make a hard turn and you can feel it bind up and or tweak the rear wheels.
Any ideas out there?

Thanks

KKD

search tool sucks. use "+" symbols to search multiple terms. Not like google or anything else halfway normal.

You're LSD... let me guess, you recently changed the diff fluid? If so, you may not have put in the friction modifier. You can find some at your local parts store. I use Redline. There are a few different brands out there. No idea if it matters or not. I put in half the recommended amount to keep it sticky off-road. It's not as comfortable on-road though. oh well. A little chatter aroudn tight corners is normal with the LSD.

If you have a spool just carry a stray bottle of soap. Even better, reroute your rear washer fluid to the tires. Everytime you turn spray some soapy water on the tires.

Ok, I've filled my dumb idea of the day quota. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Well thanks again for the advise.
I have not changed anything. Only had the new rig a week or so.
I will get new fluid and the additive this weekend.
What are ya'lls recomendations for fluid?
I don't have a problem with OEM but something different might be nice.
If you have to ad the additive what is the recomended amount?
Thanks

KKD
