Getting the Wheeling Fever
Okay, I asked a question about my serpentine belt and got exactly the help I needed, Thanks.

Now I have a question about the ABS sensor on a '00 V6 Rodeo.
The sensor light keeps going on and off and the brakes feel just fine. The dealer said it's probably just the sensor as they tend to be problematic. My question is does anyone know where the sensor is located on this model? Figure it can't be too hard to replace, if I can just find it.

You either have 3 or 4 ABS sensors. My 98 has two at the front, one on the back side of each rotor, you'll see a wire going to it. Then one on the back in the top middle of the diff but for a 2000 it may have one sensor at each rear wheel instead of in the diff.

Well damn, that kind of complicates things a little.

Get the code pulled. It should tell you which one it is.

This might work on 2000 models.

Here's a link to the Diagnostic Truoble Codes (DTC) you can access with out a scanner.

For my 99 Rodeo the standard OBD II scanner couldn't read the ABS codes. You have to have the factory scan tool.
