Getting the Wheeling Fever
Just wondering if there is any kind of adhesive or Loc-Tite type sealer that is to be used with a speedi-sleeve. The kit for my rear crank flange did not come with any, but I think I remember other people on here saying that there is some stuff you can put on.

I'm guessing it probably doesn't matter, but if it's better to use something, then I'd rather do that.

Body Damage is Cool
i've heard of people putting a little rtv or loctite in the groove, but i just made sure the surface was clean and have had no problems at all.

I use Loctite 242, esp if grooved. The speedy sleeve will wear into the crank's groove without a little something in there.

Fortunately there is only a very slight groove (can just feel it a little with a fingernail), so I'll probably just put the sleeve straight on.
