Getting the Wheeling Fever
My driver's (only) door lock won't commit to one position or another with the power door lock button. It seems to get hung up in the middle. I've tried "exercising" it manually to clean it out. No effect. The "action" feels normal when I switch it manually from the inside door "nub" above the handle.
This happend a few months ago and corrected it's self over the course of a couple weeks. Now it's back. Maybe it's the humidity? Is this easy to fix?

Thanks for input.

Body Damage is Cool

Sounds like the actuator is getting tired... Mine did about 2 years ago - still haven't gotten around to replacing it. Cheap & relatively easy to do however. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Sounds like you've got some binding going on; might have some plastic parts in there.

Go to the dealer and have them pull up a parts breakdown to see if you can figure it out from there.
