There is a difference between CA and FED models - not sure about A/T or M/T.
The best way to find out is remove the 3 screws holding the ECU in place and read the part # stamped on top of the box. You might have to unplug the 2 connectors and take it out to read it.

There is a difference between CA and FED models - not sure about A/T or M/T. I was pretty sure there was a difference between the MT and AT trucks as well.

According to http://www.car-part.com/ there is no difference between manual and auto. They show the following pn's: Federal MD136477, California MD126339
