You sure can. The new head needs a little work before installing it. The coolant passages are larger than the old head and need a little JB WELD added before installing. GOOGLE it and get all the bonafides.. It's another forum but it's loaded with tech stuff. Guys often post stuff from factory service manuals there. the link is http://www.cjoffroad.com/forums/search.asp type in 4.0 head swap and read EVERY post that comes up.
