Getting the Wheeling Fever

I'm going to make my own body lift and I'm trying to plan my materials. I know I'll need 14 lift pucks (thanks Roger!). I've looked around but haven't found any info on bolts though. Does anyone know what bolt lengths are needed for a 1" body lift on a '90 ext. cab? I also gather that there are no weldnuts on the body/frame so changing to larger diameter bolts is not a problem.
Thanks.

You can make life easy for yourself and just buy the whole kit from Roger or pull your body bolts and measure them and purchase bolts that are X number of inches over stock where X is the amount of BL you are going to install.
I went the easy route and just purchased a kit from him years ago. He has already done the research and sells the most complete kit available for a Toyota truck or most any other truck for that matter.

I can get the material to make the pucks cheap at work and do it there myself. I like doing stuff like that so it'll be fun for me to make it. I figured with all the people on this forum that have installed BL's someone might have noted the bolt lengths. It's not too big a deal to pull the bolts and then go get replacements but I'd prefer to not have to stop halfway through the project to go the the store.

I understand the whole DIY ethic especially if you have access to some delrin. I recycled my original bolts years ago but I would imagine someone kept theirs. Good Luck!
