That is excellent news. I'm going to see which Wix numbers cross over as well ... thanks much for the info.

I went to the parts store today and crossed that Isuzu number to a #51523 Wix oil filter. Haven't tried it yet but it does look right. Interestingly, they did not think it crossed to anything made by Fram (or any other brand they carry), just the Wix.

Just an update: the Wix number I posted earlier is NOT the correct filter for the 4JB1-T (at least the one I have) - I think it's the C223 filter. Working on tracking down the correct part...

This thread has been dead for a while, but I recently imported another 4JB1T that takes the 26mm filter.I have found that the Mann 920/80 works for the 26mm filter.Mann-Filter # 6550359100. The Isuzu filter is about $17 from a dealer right now. I found a Baldwin filter that is taller, about 7 inches. BD7095 dual flow filter. This crosses to Fleetguard LF3746 , LF3918 and Luberfiner LFP2268. There is a WIX equivalent, 51809.Looks like the 26mm filters are definitely available, these are for Thermo-king reefer units.
