Getting the Wheeling Fever
Hey guys,
When I accelerate some times my truck is very rocky, it is as if it skips a beat. It will feel like it is accelerating and then slow down and then accelerate and then slow down and so forth. Do you think that one of my spark plugs is not firing. I have a 95 tacoma with the V6 engine. Thanks guys. You all are very helpful.

I've had similar symptoms in previous non-Tacoma vehicles. In one case, I fixed the situation by switching plug types (back to non-platinum, in that case), and in the other vehicle the fix was to re-gap the plugs... some were right on, and some were quite a bit off. Same/similar behavior in each case, with the "skipping a beat".
