Yes.
They are available in 1mm oversize, and I think .5mm oversize. I rebuilt my c223t 2 years ago and paid $210 for each 1mm os piston with rings. You have to ask for the rings because they come seperatly. Here's what else I paid:
Valves $21
Rockers $15
oil pump $165
Gasket set $206
Crank bearings $116
Con rod bearings $103
All parts were Isuzu, and I sourced them from St. Charles Isuzu and Hollywood Isuzu in Florida. St. Charles were adament alot of the parts were not in existence anywhere, they are wrong. Hollywood could order almost anything from Japan with delivery to my house in less than 10 days. I also found the unbreakable series 111 con rods available, but be prepared to say goodbye to $185 each! I was told a dozen times "those parts are no longer availble" but in fact they are easily availble, just keep looking and calling. I found the pistons were obtainable through local auto machine shops.
