I spent mine flat on my back doing an SAS/SOA on Rodeoclowns Rodeo Oh yeah we also put 56" Chevy springs in the back. Tires in the pics are only 32's, with some trimming he's going to be running 35's very soon.

nice work.

what are the front springs off of? they look like they might end up being a little soft for you. you'll definitely want to limit upward travel with some bumpstops, otherwise I can see you crushing the steering pretty good.

what does caster look like? I'm not sure from the pictures, but looks like you might be highly positive.

Springs are the stock wagoneer ones. Caster is not set, spring perches are not welded yet. Bumpstops are coming, sheesh we only had a weekend on it so far

Looks great! I'm sure you'll getter dialed in shortly. It's hard to believe that you can get all that done with all that beer in such a short time!

Body Damage is Cool
looks like a great start. all I did was take apart a spring pack to kind of see where my axle would end up if I hung the springs in different spots, did a little measuring, etc.

next weekend I get to dig into the trans and then I'll start designing hangers, get some steel together, and on and on and on...

Looks great. All those parts look pretty familiar -- we must shop at the same store. I still don't understand how what you can do in a couple days takes me five months.

Well, Ryan is mostly correct. I need to finish bolting in the front springs, weld on the front brakeline mounts, rear shock mounts, get shocks and driveshafts done, bleed brakes, add oil to front axle, and I think that just about covers it.

Pics can be found here.

And here are a few for your viewing pleasure

I'll try to find some time to add some more pics later. Hope it works as good as it looks.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Looks good. How are going to get that thing out of the garage? Is sitting on the ground or is it still on jack stands? You may have to take that cutting torch to the garage door to squeak the Rodeo out.

He will be letting the air out of the tires. It has already been discussed. It would be kinda funny if it was stuck though

That is sitting on the ground.
But I think I'm gonna cut down the body lift some to make up for the tires.
