Hello everyone,
I am the proud owner of a 1993 4Runner with a 3.0L. While I love it to death, I do wish that I could get more power out of the engine. I have been weighing my options of spending money on the 3.0L with headers, ignition, intake or dropping in another, bigger motor.

I have decided that a newer bigger motor is in my best interest, both for cost and life expectancy. Now I just need to decide what to drop in. I have been reading the post of some people dropping in supra motors, chevy small blocks, toyota 3.4L. The only thing that is holding me back is the cost and that I want it to be fuel injected.

I was curious if anyone has done a fuel injected transplant other then the 3.4L.
