Well for the past month I have been working on a secret ... want a peek? ...

OK, but I'm a moron and can't figure out how to post a pic in this thread without it being HUGE!! so, you'll have to link here: ZU'tah Wheeler Gallery

For now, a "little" more info can be found here: ZU'tah Wheeler Forum

Nice My only design critique is that your uppers in front look really short. Not that I am an expert on link design by any means (or even a novice for that matter), but any reason you didn't make them longer? Have you had a chance to flog those Toyos yet? Thoughts/opinions compared to other tires you have used?

That's almost exatly the setup I've been dreaming about lately.

More details and pics please

Especally any new crossmebers and your link mounts. I was reading the details on that other thread. Did you use heims on the panhard bar as well?

Very nice work

Thanks all and thanks Randy for getting my pics to post at a reasonable size (someday someone's going to have to teach me how to do this ). I'm really happy with how it came out, but there's a lot of fine tuning to do, especially with the air shocks (yep bob that's what they are).

The front upper links do look somewhat short but are really in the 3'-3.5' range and are limited by the length and angles of the front driveshaft. BTW, I've only had it out once, but I LOVE the Toyo's - stick like glue and aren't loud (well any louder than my BFG MTs). They are WIDE though; sidewall says 13.5x35 and I measure the width at ~14+.

I'm sending Koby some pics now of the link mounting points on the xmembers. Hopefully, he'll get these posted soon, but it appears right now that our ZU'tah Wheeler website is down. (NOW UP! )

Thanks again for all the compliments, but I can't take credit for the work, just the supervision . JR, Homer and Woolley at OuterLimit Motorsports did the work and, yeah, they did a heck of a job.

How's your handling with zero caster?

Or is it even a concern?
