does anyone make fender flares that i can bolt onto a 1993 isuzu trooper? i've got a bit of rust around the lower edge of the fenders, and i want to cut it out, and put a flare on to make it look nicer. i dont want really wide ones though, so i need a bit ofhelp. thanks in advance

you can ask DanielT about this... he at one time was wondering on fiberglass Trooper flares.

Sence Its a 93, its a second gen. You could put on some fender flares from a newer trooper. Also Bushwhacker makes then for second gens, aswell as Calmini. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Bushwacker flares will work with troopers from 92-97. However, I don't know how well they will work since you mentioned cutting out part of the fender. I did that on my 95 and ended up going with some generic rubber fender flares.

92 and up should work.

yea those flares are a bit spendy. what are options as far as color matche'd paint? i think i may just grind down the rust, and fill it in, and paint it.

You can get a quart or two custom mixed at an autobody supply shop if you give them the paint code found on the firewall sticker. Expensive though.....
