One Company does fit kits http://www.powerupfit.com/html/products.php?id=products My 86 Trooper C223T does ok but after 225k miles, It leaves enough smoke behind upon acceleration that it isn't making any converts for passenger diesels. They don't do Isuzu vehicles, but recommend buying used diesel engines from Japan. The Cummins turbo sounds like it might be a reasonable replacement for the C223T, but fitting it to the Trooper bell housing/tranny/transfer case would probably take some specialized fabrication.
