Yep the white stuff is here. Looks like its going to be that kind of Winter. I am VERY happy I got my truck all buttoned up and road ready last weekend. The weather was really in my favor as it was pretty warm here in Connecticut until the last week or so. Now if i only had the foresight to put the snow tires on my Work truck last weekend too, that was this weekends project.

Its kinda funny all the things you try and cram in before the snow flies, then it comes and there is always that one last driveway project to finish. Mine was the rear locker and new gears.

Its kinda funny all the things you try and cram in before the snow flies, I was at my tire guy's garage yesterday. His whole shop is full of winter tires waiting for the "last miniute" people. Pretty much everyone by the way it looked.

be careful w/ those bfg muds in the snow. mine were horrible when i had 31's, i was sliding all over. havent had any snow to test out my 33's yet though. im guessing they would be the same.

well, i think that those 33's will be quite a bit worse than the 31's. i know that you want thin pizza cutters driving in the snow, on the road, anyway. im kinda bummed to hear that the 31" bfg muds did not do well in the snow. I just bought four new 32"bfg muds to put on my toyota for the winter. i was all excited thinking that they would be a good tread pattern for the snow.
