I have always liked the xterra but I have never seen a nissan truck done up around here. I see quite a few toys though. I don't know what this says but it tells me that there isn't a lot of support out there.

Why does that video piss him off? There's no carnage.

Roll Me Over
Looks like a bunch of people out wheelin' having a good time. Not too sure on what one would find upsetting. They are nearly stock so one would expect the trails to be about the difficulty they are.

He was pissed because he's been on the trail with me(in my stock 4Runner)and has seen what a 4Runner can do, and its a lot more than a stock Nissan.

looks like a fun trail...As far as 4runner of pathfinder is concerned, there is no question i would take a 4runner any day.
The Nissan hasnt been dubbed Pathblocker for nothing.

My buddy has a Pathfinder comtemporary with my 4Runner. It performs pretty well. It's not THAT much different in terms of wheelbase, weight, articulation, etc from a 4Runner. But there is very little aftermarket and the few parts made for them are expensive.

He wants to do an engine swap. I am trying to talk him into a Toyota 3.4L w/ Toyota tranny and Tacoma case Marlin Crawler. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/evil.gif" alt="" />

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Jan. issue (display until 20 Dec.? Vol. 40, #1) of Off-Road magazine did a write up of a Calmini lift/armor kit for the Xterra. but two pages later they have a write up of All-Pro offroad's package for a '05 crew cab Tacoma that makes it look much better.
