well....here we go...i guess put some of your Christmas $$ aside. I picked up the Ball on these a couple months ago from Dallas's thread.

i have didtched the TRE #'s we started with....(the one's Swordy also used on his VX version) due to the odd thread pitch issues..........would have had to pay to make a left tap ........anyway.

i also changed the adjuster concept, yada yada.

so here's the final version...........i have the Machine shop working on the 1st batch and they should be ready to ship by the last week of December. so here's an early Happy New Year Isuzu heads

i'll be happy to field any questions on this new product.

I was just thinking about a set of these as I was reading through the Christmas thread. Thanks for stepping up to the plate with this. I'm sure many a board member is ready to add some beef after busting the stockers

yeah no problem, the pitch on the ends we originally were looking to use was 11/16 x 18 tpi. that made for an interesting couple of issues. I could get the Jam nuts made, or i did end up finding them at a couple different Hot rod companies. Problem was either way the cost was too high.

so i ended up doing more comparison and research and found an end with a 3/4 shank. Bigger, better

I can put off the SAS to torture test a set

j/k but my brother may be interested in a set. He's running 35's and won't be ditching the IFS for a while.

would replacement ends be off the shelf?

Still looking for that axle shaft, got a couple of questions for you though, I'll send you a PM.
